I was given a foam covered foam cone shape on Monday 5/3/2012. Phil and I made and painted the shelves and bow by the end of Thursday 8th. I provided the cup cakes and all the other materials and ran a two day workshop over the weekend. Over 400 items were made/decorated, I could only fit 381 on!! The Moomba Parade was on Monday 12/3/2012 and was attended by an estimated 120,000 people.
